Truly one of the best and most genuine businesses I have dealt with online! Tony was utterly fantastic to deal with and so quick to respond after issues incurred with a lost package from UPS which was in no way their fault.
I was so impressed that they didn't pass the issue off and responded to my issue so quickly. They took it on like it was their own mix-up, even going as far to offer new knives in exchange. Thankfully, they didn't need to do that. UPS located the package after a day of it taking a cross country journey.
These are individuals as passionate about the products they sell as they are about helping their customers. Through the shipping issue, they kept me updated and aware of progress after it was located.
Obviously I could check tracking myself, but this personal touch was very comforting, and ultimately, lead to me receiving my knives! Without their intervention, I doubt that occurs and they likely ship new knives.

Customer service was unparalleled!! I had been going back and forth for weeks with big knife companies to try to find what I wanted even tried to get a custom knife made since no one had what I wanted until I found tokushu knife’s. Sent an email about what I wanted and they answered within minutes and were able to recommend me exactly what I wanted. Will shop here again I suggested you do the same !

If you need anything to do with knives, you can't go wrong visiting Zach at Tokushu Knife. Zach is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had several knives sharpened there and they came back sharper than I've ever had them. Zach also suggested a knife for me based on what I wanted to use it for-and he was spot on. The prices for sharpening are very reasonable and the turnaround time is fast. I have found my new favorite knife shop and if you visit, I'm sure it will be yours too!

So I'm not one to leave a ton of reviews, but I'm currently in the parking lot of Tokushu after getting my chef's knives sharpened and my experience was so good, I felt the need to review. Not only are the knives sharper than were when brand new, the two employees took the time to educate me on the do's and don'ts of knife care and usage, as I'm still a pretty novice home cook. I will definitely be back when it is time to get my knives sharpened again or when I decide to buy a new knife. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Stopped in the have my kitchen knives sharpened and check out the store. Knives were sharpened while I waited and are now razor Sharp. The store has a solid collection of beautiful Japanese knives for purchase, and the proprietor was delightful to chat with. Will certainly return and I recommend checking them out if you need sharper knives or are in the market for a new knife.

Walked in with a very rusty vintage pocket knife that belonged to my grandfather. Walked out an hour later with it reshaped, razor sharp, and didn't break the bank. Highly recommend this shop

Had knives that were 13ish years old. I've never had them sharpened and they needed it badly. It was like trying to cut raw chicken with a plastic knife.
Dropped these of and he had them ready the next day!! The communication was awesome and the price extremely fair. My old knives are now sharp again and it doesn't take five minutes to slice up a raw chicken breast.
